Phillip Reynolds BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Phil graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2004, qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005 and started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton. After 9 valuable and successful years, Phil established Reynolds Associates in 2013 and, as Director, continues to expand and grow the Business, both regionally and nationally.
Phil has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Building Surveying specialising in Dilapidations, Repair and Refurbishment and Building Acquisition. Phil acts for a variety of clients across both the private and public sectors, including investors, funds and asset managers.
Garry Curtis BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Garry graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2007.
Following eight successful years in the commercial property sector, Garry joined the University of Sheffield in 2012 as Principal Building Surveyor for Estates and Facilities Management before joining (or reuniting with Phil at) Reynolds Associates as an Associate in 2015.
Garry has over 20 years combined experience in the Commercial Property and Higher Education Sectors, specialising in Dilapidations, Project Management, Accessibility and defect analysis.
Robbie Davidson BA (Hons) MSc MRICS
Chartered Building Surveyor
Robbie graduated from the University of Hull in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in History. He completed his Masters in Building Surveying at Sheffield Hallam University before joining us as a Graduate at Reynolds Associates.
We have supported him in developing his career as a Building Surveyor and successfully completing his APC in 2023 to become a Chartered Building Surveyor. Robbie currently supports the team in all aspects of Building Surveying including; Dilapidations, Acquisition Surveys and Project Management.
Daniel Moon BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Dan graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013.
After 7 years at Lambert Smith Hampton, in both the Leeds and Sheffield Offices, Dan has in-depth experience across professional and project consultancy work acting on behalf of private sector clients both large and small.
Dan’s experience covers all aspects of Building Surveying including Dilapidations, Contract Administration of a wide range of schemes, Project Monitoring for a variety of lenders on residential and commercial developments, Pre-acquisition/Building Surveys, Party Wall matters and Schedules of Condition.
