Phase 1 complete

Acting for a private investor, Reynolds Associates were instructed as Employers Agent to advise and oversee the detailed design and phase 1 of the CAT A refurbishment of a prominent office building in central Leeds. We are currently looking to commence phase 2 of the project in the first 6 months of 2019.

Grade II* Listed Building Project

We recently completed a roof project on this landmark Grade II* listed building in Liverpool. Reynolds Associates acted as Contract Administrator.

New Build Unit

Acting as Employers Agent, Reynolds Associates have assisted in the delivery of a 26,000 sq ft new build industrial unit in Chesterfield. The Unit was constructed up to a shell state ready for occupation and fit out by the new tenant.

Reynolds Associates welcomes Dan Moon

We have further strengthened our Sheffield team with the appointment of a new Senior Surveyor.

Dan Moon joins Reynolds Associates from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he worked for 7 years in both the Leeds and Sheffield Building Surveying teams.

Phil Reynolds, Director, commented: “We are excited to have Dan further strengthen our Sheffield team. As Reynolds Associates continues to grow, Dan will work with our existing Clients, enriching those relationships whilst also looking to develop new Clients and opportunities within Yorkshire and across the wider regions”.

Dan will be working on instructions ranging from Contract Administration and Project Management to Party Wall matters and Schedules of Dilapidations.
