Acting for a private investor, Reynolds Associates were instructed as Employers Agent to advise and oversee the detailed design and phase 1 of the CAT A refurbishment of a prominent office building in central Leeds. We are currently looking to commence phase 2 of the project in the first 6 months of 2019.
